Engineering Predictability is built on experience across complex construction and development environments.
This includes working across both the owner and builder (general contractor) sides of projects, providing visibility into how decisions are made, how risk is introduced, and how outcomes are ultimately shaped.
This perspective has been developed through involvement in:
- Corporate and commercial developments
- Aviation and infrastructure projects
- Mixed-use and large-scale urban projects
These environments require navigating uncertainty, aligning stakeholders, and making decisions early — often before full information is available.
Combined with formal training in construction management and sustainability, this approach is grounded in both theory and real-world execution.
Most project risk is created early — through decisions, assumptions, and misalignment — not during execution.
